[accordion title=”When do I need to order my wedding stationery?”]
Generally speaking, it is good practice to send your invitations out 6–8 weeks before your wedding date in order to give your guests sufficient time to reply and/or arrange travel and accommodation.
We suggest you contact us at least five weeks before you intend posting out your wedding invitations to place your invitation order. Special arrangements can be made if a faster turnaround is required; however, this cannot guaranteed.
Ideally, you should allow between 2–3 weeks for us to process your stationery order – enough time to make sure the proofing process is not rushed and your wedding invitations are printed exactly to your specifications.
Once your invitations have been sent, we recommend that you contact us no later than 6 weeks before your actual wedding day to organise your other stationery items such as Wishing Well cards, Venue Information cards, Menus, Place Setting cards and Thank You cards.[/accordion]

Yes, our personalisation service is available at a surcharge of $65.00. If you would like to have your guests’ names printed on your wedding stationery, you will need to record the relevant details in an Excel spreadsheet or Word table and email it to us. [/accordion]

Our standard wedding stationery collection is printed on a high-quality, white-coloured, textured 300 gsm card stock. Alternatively, we also offer an eco-friendly 100% recycled FSC certified carbon neutral card stock option if you prefer.
The stationery printing process uses advanced digital technology that applies liquid ink instead of toner ink to the card surface. This gives your printed stationery items the same premium ‘look and feel’ as offset printing, without the additional cost.

[accordion title=”Will you send me a PDF proof to ensure the invitation design looks the way I want it to?”]
Yes, after submitting an order you will receive a PDF proof within three business days. At Cerulean Invitation, we pride ourselves on getting your design right! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer two free rounds of amendments. You can email us any changes to your PDF proof.
Once you are happy with your invitation design, please respond with the email message, ‘I approve this PDF proof’ and your stationery order will go to print. Remember it is your responsibility to proofread your wedding stationery.
After you have approved and signed off the PDF proof, we will submit your stationery order for printing. We will never commence the printing process without your prior approval. [/accordion]
[accordion title=”Is there a minimum number of items per stationery order?”]
The minimum number of items that Cerulean Invitations can print for any individual wedding stationery order is 25. Moreover, we advise customers to order at least 10 extra invitations or other stationery items to cover any last minute changes to the guest list.
If you require more invitations once your original print order is complete, you will need to pay an additional $20.00 reprint fee on top of the cost of the invitations and postage. [/accordion]
